"The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. Amenities like the Club for VIP were expensive €15 per drink! the same as the spa services. The restaurant Suena Chibo served us the worst rump stakes we ever ate at €26 per piece. "We couldn’t get over how clean everything was here. They spend a lot of time keeping everything very clean. My husband and I stayed and here and paid a little extra for the room with the private swim up pool. I would absolutely recommend that option for those traveling without kids."

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view.
