โรงแรมและที่พักI-435 ตะวันตก

"Visually the hotel is stunning, hotel staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two elevators for six floors and wait times were 2 to 6 minutes to get up to your room fourth floor. My wife was trapped in the bathroom immediately upon arrival she physically could not open the slider door because it had come off the rail. It is a solid wood door, so I had to physically pick it up off the ground and open the door for her.. We called the desk and the staff was up in 10 minutes and fixed it...

"Swimming pool and hot tub were great after our long drive. Towels could be upgraded. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff was exceptional."

"Property was very clean, amenities we're decent, staff was welcoming. The only dissatisfaction I had was, the pool was to cold to get into, especially without a hot tub on the premises."

"Housekeeping did an excellent job at all times! Staff was friendly and helpful. The Legends area provides about everything you could want/need for restaurants, bars, and other shopping. Great stay!"

"Lots of potential but not a good value. No room or maid service, no spa. No place to hang clothes in a suite. Poor customer service, not ADA friendly. Its a 2 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star spa resort"

"We had two room either room was the toilet working properly . Location is great that’s the upside"

"Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good breakfast"

"Clean. comfortable bed and pillows. super friendly front desk staff. Hot water shower, good water pressure. Microwave, coffee in the room. Squeeze bottles on the wall in bathroom for 2 shampoo in shower, body wash, lotion by sink. Buffet breakfast was good. Apples, cuties, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, muffins, Milk, yogurt, juice, bread, PB, jelly, honey. Easy access, plenty of parking, well lit, safe. Pool was nice, clean, warm, hot tub was great! Gym treadmill older had to play with...

"I landed at 11:30PM returning from Tuscany, post 2 flights. Grabbed an Uber and went to the hotel to grab some sleep so that I can see family the next day and not be so exhausted. Convenient and bed was comfortable.... clean."
