The room is amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel is incredible. The pools were great for the kids and the adults. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Michelle and Debbie at the front desk were wonderful! The valet Harold was great! The staff in the restaurant were also great. The pool staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, you can tell it was very new. The restaurants were good, best part were the drinks. It for sure felt like you were on a tropical vacation. The only negative about the stay was the KIDS. It’s not the hotel/staff’s fault that there were kids everywhere. It would just be nice to have adult only hours for the pool. Overall great stay

Great overall experience. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and beautiful accommodations, and fun for the whole family! When we first arrived, one of my girls said she felt like she was in Hawaii! My only critique is for the arcade. Some of the games didn’t seem to work well and there wasn’t anyone available to attend them. My kids were disappointed about that, but the pools made up for it :-). Great staycation option for our crew!
