Nice but a few unexpected inconveniences

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, clean and well -serviced. Only having 1 working elevator was inconvenient. There were long waits to move through the floors depending on if it was goin up on down and where I needed to go. Also $10 per day additional parking fee was a surprise I hadn’t expected. It’s a nice hotel and in a convenient location.

The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.

The reason I am giving this motel 2 stars is because the pool was broken or out of order for our stay. We were there for a weekend of playing baseball definitely something that would be necessary. They did not offer any discounts towards our stay either. Other than that, everything was really good.

Excellent hotel

We stay in a lot of hotels but this experience was one of the best ones we have had a quite a while. Very nice neighborhood with lots of dining options. Hotel was in great shape. Very clean and attractive. Welcoming and attentive staff. The rooms were nicer than normal and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than average. Just a really great experience. This would be an excellent hotel to choose if traveling with family.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was great. Breakfast had variety and was tasty, even had gluten free bread. The rooms were clean. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the parking lot. Depending on what you are used to paying, it’s a little pricey. Local markets and entertainment is within walking distance on the weekend.

Everything about this property was perfect, the breakfast bar was great with lots of options, the pool was heated, they had a fitness room, check in was so easy and my room was amazing. Comfy beds and big updated bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave in room! They hotel from the lobby to the our room was very clean and all employees were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!! It's in a very updated newer, nicer area! We really enjoyed our stay NO COMPLAINTS
