"They checked me in at 3:21 and only after she checked me in she lets me know that the room wasn’t going to be ready for another 45-60 minutes. The room I had only had two working outlets, one by the AC and the other in the bathroom. They had continental breakfast but they were letting random homeless people in and out of there. They don’t give you fresh towels every day. They don’t do house keeping every day. These rooms are very outdated. It felt like a nasty cheap motel. Never even got to see the pool, it looked nothing like the advertised hotel. "

"Due to hotel being overbooked, we were given a room at the sister hotel. We are grateful for the ease of this but we wish we had been notified in advance as our arrival was after midnight. The front desk attendant was very helpful and made the situation a lot better than it could have been. "

"Property has nice modern design in the lobby, restaurant and rooms. Beds are comfortable, restaurant staff was helpful and the food was good. One block walking distance from the marina which has some restaurants. This was our 2nd time at this property. We stayed here a year ago and everything was perfect. Unfortunately maintenance of the property has gone downhill. We walked into our room where the thermostat read 80 degrees. We tried to turn the AC on but it wasnt working. We requested a different room but the front desk lady said they were booked up for our stay and had no rooms to move us to. She offered staff bring us a box fan but after 2 hours none showed up. Spoke to the manager who was able to move us to a room with a temporary window unit which was more comfortable but still not what we would expect for a hotel. He said one whole wing of the hotel had no AC which is not acceptable. They should alert customers ahead of their stay so they can make arrangements elsewhere if needed. The safe in our room did not work and another room’s refrigerator was not working. Hopefully they can bring the property up to Hilton quality. There is limited self parking on the surrounding streets. You will most likely have to Valet."

"The rooms, parking and facilities were excellent. The shuttles were also convenient and staff were friendly."

"Rock hard bed- pretty sure it was a literal box spring. Barely got any sleep on it. Young guy working the front desk had zero customer service skills, was rude, and went out of his way to be unhelpful. What a joke."

"Yes, early morning flight did not sleep well at all I did not find the bed very comfortable and pillow, bothered my ear other than that a very decent stay."
