"Great location but very worn down. Bathroom door didn't close. Furniture in rough shape. Phone didn't work. No shear curtains behind the blackout drapes. Room was clean. Staff seemed friendly."

"This hotel is, without exaggeration, a truly horrible experience. The overall conditions are extremely poor; the structure itself looks like it could collapse at any moment. The pool is completely neglected, with weeds growing inside and even animals present, which is absolutely unacceptable. The stairways are covered in rust, posing a serious safety concern. As for the room, the level of dirtiness was shocking. I found hair and visible debris in the bed sheets—something that should never happen...

"I want a refund. As soon as my wife and I walked in, the place was stained, carpet was mucky and it didn’t feel fresh at all. I didn’t even up staying and checked out right away."

"Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast...
