"Very clean rooms.."

"It was nice experience we got a new room with falls view. But I had to pay extra to upgrade my room. I already bought a falls view room, but it seems that view had some interruptions as advised by check-in lady. I just think that this kind of hotels anticipate some additional charges for upgrade always. so keep that in mind, but you don’t need to upgrade if you don’t have to. They charge me $70 for an upgrade. But the room was having a nice big window with all view for all the falls including the rainbow bridge."

"Lobby should be dusted. Sitting with some friends and the automatic air freshener kept blowing in our area and was strong. Needed to move. Beds were comfortable but hotel was showing signs of wear and tear. "

"I feel the number of amenities like tooth brushes is not enough, but other services are excellent"

"Breakfast bar was ok as was the breakfast. A sitting room of some type would have been nice to have a space to sit with family."
