Nice place, good location and amenities. The rooms were nicely decorated. There was no information inside the room about the amenities or wifi password etc.
The room was cozy, but as to be expected in a motel, we could hear the neighbors through the adjoining door.
Definitely going back to this haven again, the environment, the calmness, the beauty, and the serenity make you wanna live here for life and the rooms are superb cute which makes your stay great stay.
Very clean and newly renovated rooms. We stayed in room 10. It was a bit small but perfect for a couple. Only thing is the walls weren’t very noise cancelling. You could hear the other rooms around you as well as all the pipes. Maybe bring a fan to drown out the noise. But overall I would stay here again
Very friendly owner. Great sauna available for multiple people. Relaxing being only 5 miles from the falls and no congestion. Will stay again when in the area.
Very beautiful and clean and staff are very nice. We are in Unit B showcasing main area and very distinguish kitchen. With 3 bedrooms and bathroom in each room. view is very nice. 10 out of 10 I will come again next year
Very clean & modern rooms. We used the pool, sauna & fire pit which were great. Located right across from the lake, we went on a nice walk in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a nice but modest place. I recommend it if you’re driving and only going to stay in the area for a few nights. Be sure that you receive your entrance code before you arrive
This was my first time staying at a contactless property and upon arrival was slightly confused but it would definitely have helped if the check in message was sent to my phone rather than buried in the app where reception is spotty. Overall once I got someone on the phone who explained the check in process is was smooth sailing. I could not imagine staying here if it was any colder temps. There is no air control in the room and when I asked to turn up the heat I was told someone would bring a portable plug in heater. It didn’t take too long for someone to bring one and it did help a little. I plugged it in and went out for dinner and when I returned the room was comfortable enough. I wish I had time to try the sauna and if it was the right season would have definitely went for a swim in the pool. Overall I would stay here again as long as it’s not peak winter. You can’t beat the price for a front seat view of the Niagara River and right around the corner from wine country.
Overall, the property itself was fine. We just wish the check-in process had gone a little more smoothly, as we did not receive the check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, as stated by the property. It was also quite difficult to get ahold of someone for assistance with check-in, especially since there is no on-site check-in desk.
We also had an issue with the lights in our suite and had no lighting for almost an hour after checking in, which felt like a long time after a full day of travel. Still, we’re thankful for the staff who came in to help fix the issue. Additionally, we wish the bathroom had more hooks or wall hangers for added convenience. The room we stayed in was pretty clean though.
The room (Unit A) we occupied was spacious enough with a nice kitchen and overall, very clean. Appears to be recently renovated.
The bathroom was extremely small and not functional for a couple.....maybe ok for a single. Very small shower with a very slippery floor base.
The main living area and the bedroom were equipped with portable floor air conditioning units whose large air hoses were taped into the windows.....and were noisy while operating. Certainly not aesthetically pleasing.
As the unit is facing the Niagara Parkway, traffic noise was heard throughout the night.
Title of accommodation was "Niagara Parkway Boutique Hotel". There are 4 units (I believe) that are located in what appears to be a renovated home sitting in front of an actual Motel with the same name. This is not a hotel. There is no on-site staff, no amenities beyond a pool, BBQs and sauna shared with all the units of the motel in behind and no food/drink options on site.
Overall, the description was misleading and a misrepresentation of the place.
