"Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The swimming pool was the main issue. There are two pool areas, but one was not really usable because the water was too cold for the season. The staff suggested using the smaller pool instead, but it was extremely small. In my opinion, it would be much better if they converted it into a hot tub or jacuzzi, which would make the experience much more enjoyable. We also booked a facial treatment, and unfortunately it was one...

We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! "We absolutely loved staying at Luis’ place! The area is quiet and the view from our room was incredible. The place is located a bit outside the city but we had dinner at a nice vegetarian cafe nearby (which was great even though we’re not vegetarians). Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are modern and some of the best we have experienced in Peru. Such great value for money. The WiFi worked great as well!"

The 15 minute walk from the train to the hotel was a little long for my wife and I, in our 70's, but was doable. The service was excellent -- responsive and friendly. "We had a beautiful experience in this property. This place Is luxurious and has everything you need to be able to do your tours and travels. Nestled between tall mountains, the creek runs through the property, you can hear the river at night and watch the stars. They provide Tumi alpaca blankets so you can sit outside and enjoy the stars. Just beautiful, We stayed for 3 nights in Cabin 17. Comfortable and clean, the complementary breakfast is a la carte and delicious. The bread is made in house...
