We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. The food was delicious and we especially loved the complimentary breakfast buffet! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We would definitely come back!

Once you arrive at the property it’s an awesome experience- the vast property with green grass and sitting areas next to fireplaces and others was great! The property has 3 Alpaca and 1 lama and those are very very friendly- my kids would not stop talking about those :) The breakfast is great and the staff is awesome and there are things to do in the property. The view out our window was so awesome. Now coming to the issues - the property secluded and we were arriving after 10pm on a rainy night after our flight to Cusco. There was a road that was closed and it had no directions. Our taxi driver was confused and we were worried as there were no signs from the hotel. He eventually went back a kilometer and figured a way but it was a bit confusing for sometime. Since we were arriving late we ordered a small pizza for our kids but when we reached we were told that the order was not made and the kitchen was closed. There was nothing within walking distance so our kids slept hungry. I loved the property and will stay there again but next time we will plan better !!

The place the property is located has a pretty nice mountain view. There are few activities to do within the property arranged by the management which is good. The only frequent issue i had is with the room access card which kept locking out which is pretty annoying.

Installations de grande qualité. Bonnes animations pour les enfants avec de l'espace. Qualité des chambre et des espaces extérieurs. À souligner la grande gentillesse et amabilité du personnel de service. Que ce soit au restaurant, au bar et plus globalement dans l'hôtel. En revanche et à améliorer l'accueil et précisément la réception avec un personnel froid, désagréable et hautain. La personne qui nous a reçu dimanche soir a ete particulièrement desagreable, idem à notre sortie. C'est regrettable et dommageable car cela ne donne une bonne appreciation. Enfin l'extrême lenteur de la cuisine avec plus d'1h d'attente entre demande et arrivée des plats. Ce n'est pas normal. Plats néanmoins de grande qualité.

Excellent place to stay in Urubamba area

This place is A1. The views from anywhere in the property are spectacular. The staff are also the best, super friendly and helpful. A lot of things to do on the property, feeding the Alpacas, Cebiche making classes, Pisco making classes etc. Special thanks to Luzbelinda, Yonel, Rocky and Yasmin.
