I stayed with my husband and two children ages 9 and 11. This was their favorite part of our Peru vacation. The location is magical with its beautiful views. The on-site alpacas were just dreamy and the fact that we could feed them throughout the day made it even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and beautiful experience in the sacred valley.

This beautiful property was the perfect place to recover from a terrible altitude sickness in Cusco. The staff were all very kind but Rocky was outstanding in customer service! From helping me with my luggage, getting cocoa tea, offering oxygen to help my breathing, Rocky was very efficient in providing help as needed. The breakfast was something to look forward to every morning, there were so many choices and it was all delicious! The massage at the spa was the best and I enjoyed the planetarium experience with Marcelo. There were also baby alpacas that lived on the property that I got to feed! I couldn't have chosen a better place to recover, to recuperate, and to regain my strength from being sick. I highly recommend staying in this property, I had a beautiful and safe stay as a solo female traveller.

We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. The food was delicious and we especially loved the complimentary breakfast buffet! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We would definitely come back!

Excellent place to stay in Urubamba area

This place is A1. The views from anywhere in the property are spectacular. The staff are also the best, super friendly and helpful. A lot of things to do on the property, feeding the Alpacas, Cebiche making classes, Pisco making classes etc. Special thanks to Luzbelinda, Yonel, Rocky and Yasmin.

The place the property is located has a pretty nice mountain view. There are few activities to do within the property arranged by the management which is good. The only frequent issue i had is with the room access card which kept locking out which is pretty annoying.

The alpacas are a unique touch to the atmosphere. Loved playing the hames and hanging out in the court yard in the hammocks. Very relaxing. The room beds were to hard for my back. Food was great juat dont eat the lettuce.

Once you arrive at the property it’s an awesome experience- the vast property with green grass and sitting areas next to fireplaces and others was great! The property has 3 Alpaca and 1 lama and those are very very friendly- my kids would not stop talking about those :) The breakfast is great and the staff is awesome and there are things to do in the property. The view out our window was so awesome. Now coming to the issues - the property secluded and we were arriving after 10pm on a rainy night after our flight to Cusco. There was a road that was closed and it had no directions. Our taxi driver was confused and we were worried as there were no signs from the hotel. He eventually went back a kilometer and figured a way but it was a bit confusing for sometime. Since we were arriving late we ordered a small pizza for our kids but when we reached we were told that the order was not made and the kitchen was closed. There was nothing within walking distance so our kids slept hungry. I loved the property and will stay there again but next time we will plan better !!

Beautiful hotel in urubamba. The baby llamas were so adorable. Shout out to Rocky and the rest of the hotel staff. Hotel is 2hours outside of the hotel, so you have to plan for transportation if you want to do anything outside the hotel.
