"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"

"Very good services from hotel officers, they provided solutions and recommendation to me such as where to go for eat or sightseeing. And most appreciated case was I did late room reservation which at that time had no twin beds left. But they still can provide me good solution, then at least I got twin beds room. The hotel decoration is very nice and differentiate from other hotels nearby. Overall satisfaction is good and worth to come for visiting."

"This is a stylish hotel which is very reasonably priced for the standard. It’s right next to the Imperial City, so very convenient. Our room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The water in the shower and the basin was hot (not always a given) and there was even conditioner in the shower (but sadly no body lotion). There’s a good sized pool and a comfortable bar.
