Genuinely felt like royalty. Impressive from the entrance through to the very spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Lovely pool area which was well utilised by our group. Comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.

Exceptional Hotel

Our stay was made amazing by the friendly and ultra helpful staff as well as the beautifully appointed hotel. Room service was available plus a restaurant downstairs and a coffee shop just next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the TTC Imperial Huê.

Hue Trip.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Welcomed with a cup of tea whilst they checked us in. Lovely rooms and spacious. Breakfast had a varied and wide selection. The fruit was amazing and fresh. Good location.

Just what we needed

Great location. Service was efficient and they helped us a lot with some extra requirements including driver and tour guide at last minute. Food and service was great. Only feedback is the pool area is old and tired without service and couches in river suites are uncomfortable (for me at least) and made the extra lounge room not of much use.

Perfect location for visiting Hue

Lovely property in a great, quiet location for walking and visiting Hue. The rooms were large and clean, the shower water was hot, and breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. Special recognition needs to be given to the bell captain who was friendly, welcoming and of the utmost help when we were looking for a driver for the day to visit sites outside Hue, transportation to Da Nang, a refrigerator in which to store a food item before travel the next day, and general sightseeing info. His welcome back to the hotel after a long day of sight-seeing each evening made us feel like a member of the family at the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here that we extended twice - we really enjoyed Hue, and this was an ideal location. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a very western-business aura. Lovely view of the river. Not tons of character but very well done all around. In our particular room, the mattresses seemed aging and weren't my favorite, but they were comfortable enough and again, very clean. The head of service, Van Duc, was helpful and so charming. He physically walked me and my mother to a pharmacy and helped us there in order to make sure my mom got what she needed, and was super knowledgeable about travel options with good prices on offer. He single handedly made this big fairly impersonal hotel feel welcoming and warm. And the food! A breakfast buffet that took about 5 minutes to do a lap around, with tons of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Western options including egg and noodle stations. Restaurant/lounge/in room dining super expensive though. All in all we loved our stay!

I booked a room with executive lounge access and paid extra for it and it doesn't even have a lounge and then they refused to provide a partial refund as they claimed it was a system glitch as they do offer afternoon tea, which we also did not get. Thankfully Expedia did provide me with a partial refund. Overall the hotel is very disappointing and certainly not the 5 stars it claims to have - very outdated room features, amenities, general state of the building and the food was quite poor as well (breakfast, dinner which was served in the lounge as the restaurant had not been set up yet when we went there at 20:30 on Saturday night). The staff were quite friendly but did not speak much English and the hotel seem to cater more to Asian travel groups (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).It has a good location close to the Imperial City but so do other hotels in the vicinity that looked much better so I would not recommend it

Nous avons passé un séjour décevant dans cet hôtel. En tant que touriste international, nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être bien accueilli, la réceptionniste est froide et ne donne pas d’informations. Les photos montrent un superbe rooftop refait avec une belle vue sur la ville alors qu’il est en construction, et que rien ne le précise. La piscine est sale et et il y a des cours de natation pour enfants. La chambre est en revanche très bien, très propre, mais la climatisation est très bruyante la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est globalement bien, mais la salle très bruyante et beaucoup de famille avec enfants, et les aliments de qualité moyenne. Bref, choisissez un autre hôtel si vous êtes étranger.

Jag vill rekommendera TTC Imperial hotell Hue. Perfekt läge mitt i stan, med gångavstånd Hue Imperial City och Parfymfloden. Hotellet håller hög nivå på service och tillgång till faciliteter. Det som drar ner mitt betyg från högsta är att lokalerna hade behövt lite mer underhåll, det känns slitet på sina ställen, samt att baren tyvärr inte lyckades leverera enligt förväntan. När vi vill ta en cocktail på kvällen så fanns nästan inga alternativ tillgängliga. Det blir lite underligt när ingen av signaturdrinkarna kan beställas. Sammantaget är vi dock mycket nöjda, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
