"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"

"The room was lovely and clean. Everything about the room and hotel lobby was interesting.The staff was so helpful. Even with a language barrier, we were able to get help with getting some laundry dropped off and picked up. It was surprisingly quiet and had excellent AC for warmer days."

"Very good services from hotel officers, they provided solutions and recommendation to me such as where to go for eat or sightseeing. And most appreciated case was I did late room reservation which at that time had no twin beds left. But they still can provide me good solution, then at least I got twin beds room. The hotel decoration is very nice and differentiate from other hotels nearby. Overall satisfaction is good and worth to come for visiting."

"Our adjoining rooms were very good. One room had a badly leaking AC (all over the floor) but they were quick to clean it up and fix the problem. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast buffet with many options and a beautiful room where it is served next to the pool. "

"This is a stylish hotel which is very reasonably priced for the standard. It’s right next to the Imperial City, so very convenient. Our room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The water in the shower and the basin was hot (not always a given) and there was even conditioner in the shower (but sadly no body lotion). There’s a good sized pool and a comfortable bar. "The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so nice. I loved my room. I rented 2 nights at first but finally stayed for 5. If I ever go back to Hue I would go back there. I also like the fact that there is good restaurants near by"
