There are good location. We can walk to Trang Tien river, a lot of shop and restaurants around the hotel. Only thing I don’t care much about the hotel is that it has a cockroach .

Great location and price. The facilities were a bit older than others in this brand, but it was clean and comfortable. The outstanding thing was the staff. I forgot my passport in my room safe and arranged for a taxi driver to pick it up and bring to me in Da Nang. The hotel staff were PERFECT in helping me with this. They made the driver video the contents of everything he picked up and then sent me the video. This was incredibly helpful!! Thank you, thank you!!

The breakfast and restaurant is excellent with very efficient staff. The spa was very nice. Our room was perfect. The laundry and housekeeping staff are very efficient and welcoming. The staff in reception is exceptional and always makes our stay memorable. They treat us like family.

We had the room with beautiful view off the bridge Excellent location, walkable to attractions, restaurants, nightlife. Room was spacious. The only problem was the shower in the bathtub, there was no curtain so the water run down to the floor

My late check in was smooth and fast. The room and the bathroom were big and roomy. I booked a river view room and it had a balcony and a nice river view. Just what I needed after a long travel. Very conveniently located near the walking street.

We're checking in a room with over humidity the moisture stays covered all the glass windows with a terrible smell. After complaining they're switching to another room which is exceptional although still has some smell but not too bad. Overall the 2nd room worth the money and staying. Breakfast foods seam like leftover but the service is excellent
