Pretty good

Just don't book for the 6th floor. They serve breakfast on the 7th and as a result you'll be woken around 6am by movement of the staff getting breakfast ready, I.e furniture scrapping the floor. However the breakfast room has a wonderful selection and amazing panoramic view of the city.

Nice, clean but...

Clean and good downtown location. Poorly managed hotel, they offer much, deliver none. Have wifi but forever getting emails never mine surfing, offer bikes but after half hour of mechanical adjustments still not usable, offer box dinner as we were taking train to Hanoi but when we ready to leave told by receptionist no box dinner available. We had no expectations but the management kept offering these services, but the staff simply couldn't deliver - serious disconnect - very disappointing experience

The hotel’s next door neighbor was doing construction when we arrived at Thành Lich II Hotel. The receptionist assigned us on the same level as the construction, 3rd floor. The noise was incredible, with jack hammering just behind the wall of our bed. Never mind the dust that managed to coat the floor, the furniture...everything really. I started getting asthmatic & dizzy. I asked for another room. They offered us something on their highest level, 6th floor. What a difference! It was like a different hotel entirely. I can’t believe they didn’t offer this option to start with! The breakfast is included & it’s fine. I am good with the local flavors, while my partner was seeking a Western fare. I was fine with my breakfast, while he was gravely disappointed with his. There are other options in the immediate vicinity if the hotel’s selection doesn’t float your boat. After walking around the area, this hotel looks no better or worse than the other hotels. There’s a shortage of middle-of-road hotels in Hue. There’re hostels & these “basic amenity” hotels. PS - I spoke too soon. After moving to the 6th floor, the construction crew started drilling & dropping steel rods that would crash loudly on our ceiling. It wasn’t a pleasant nor peaceful stay, I’m disappointed to say.

Hotellet ligger i gå afstand ift. til de fleste turist-sights (30 min.). Og er beliggende i udkanten af backpacker området. Det vil sig roligt og fredeligt, men med mulighed for nyde de gode restauranter og det pulserende caféliv om aftenen.

Das Hotel und Personal war super. Es liegt direkt an einer Strasse die am Abend für den Verkehr gesperrt wird. Das ist super gemütlich und gute Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Well-trained staffs & good location

Staff were very nice & helpful, especially Mr. Canh (bellman) and beautiful girl at reception. Our family were warmly welcomed with fresh juice fruit. Room was a rather large and bathroom was clean as expected. Great location for all tourists when coming in Hue City. Highly recommend with friendly and well-trained staff.

Great place to stay in Hue

Although we stayed only one night, we had a great stay at Thanh Lich Hotel. The rooms were not only spacious but also clean and value for money was good. Hotel location is perfect right in the middle of the western street and walking distance to everything. Perfume River & Truong Tien Bridge is only 5 minute walk away. Khanh and his team were amazing and super helpful and friendly. They assisted us with a full day tour arrangements and even let us store some luggage there until we got back to hotel after the rest of our tour. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable accommodation right in the heart of Hue.

Hotel in good condition with spacious rooms

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was spacious (stayed at superior double room) and in a good condition. We had a room from the sixth floor and heard some noices upstairs during the breakfirst but nothing too loud. The breakfast was very good with many choices (buffet, both local and continental). Receptionists were (excluding one male receptionist) very nice and polite. That one badly behaving receptionist should mind his attitude and way of talking to customers. His presence and behaving made us feel uncomfortable. There are nearby a lots of good restaurants and cafes to choose from.

Gangavstand til markeder, restauranter. Mange turister i dette området. Går fint å gå til Imperial Citadel, men taxi er billig i Vietnam.

Schönes Familienzimmer

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern. Die Größe, Ausstattung und der Komfort waren gut. Es gab einen freundlichen Empfang und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet in der oberen Etage mit Ausblick. Die Zimmerausstattung war gut, wenn auch bereits leicht in die Jahre gekommen. (Hängeregal hielt z.B. nicht mehr richtig am Platz, Dübel zogen sich langsam aus der Wand)

가격대비 숙소 괜찮았어요. 왕궁 걸어가기에는 좀 멀어서 우린 택시타고 갔네요 후에안에서 어딜가나 택시비 2000원정도밖에 안드네요 아침 조식 알록달록 이쁜데 먹을게 바게트빵밖에 없어요. 그거만 먹으니 직원들이 와서 탓릿 베스트음식이라며 망고스무디같은것도 권하더라구요 직원들 친절합니다

Offre non respectée. déplacé dans un autre hotel

Malgré notre réservation, nous sommes transférer dans un autre hôtel car plus de place. Hôtel soit disant plus récent. En fait plus vieux. Chambre moche. Pas d eau chaude et pas de le quartier que nous avons choisi. Ils nous donnent l accès le lendemain à une autre salle de bain pour prendre une douche.
