"We received a warm welcome and staff were always attentive and helpful. The room was very large with super comfy bed, table & chairs, tv etc. Lovely bath & shower in bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a good variety of foods in a pleasant room. We would highly recommend."

"This is a hotel located smack in the middle of Hualien, close to most amenities and sights. The restaurant buffet is magnificient, providing a great variet of dishes involving fresh seafood and local produce. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the toilets have bidets, which is quite nice."

"This hotel amenities were excellent, their breakfast floor was amazing, and excellent service all around. We also appreciated the lobby with daily water and snacks. They showcased a beautiful rose stone display in the lobby, adding to the nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that the desk chair was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband liked it. Great hotel, walking distance to the department store; a bit further to the stone and night markets, but reasonable. Staff was great--stored our luggage and called taxis for us."
