I've stayed here around 5-6 times. The hotel is excellent - the quality of the building and the rooms is very good, and is competitive with any of the 5-star hotels I've stayed at in the region.

The hotel is new and seems to have some growing pains. The room was huge, very well designed and comfortable, as were the available amenities (pool and spa). However, there was no food service available in the hotel other than breakfast, which was unusual for this large 5-star quality hotel.

Wonderful time with La meridian Hualien

Check-in process was quick. Darren at front desk is friendly and very helpful who helped us enrollment of the hotel program, gave the suggestions of nearby gourmet and attractions. The vibe of the hotel is relaxing. Decoration and furniture are delicate. Room is clean, comfortable and in between luxury and practical. We got an ocean-view room. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the window seat to enjoy the view of the city and the ocean. Worth to mention is that the hotel offers a sparkling water machine (it also comes with selection of cold and ambient ) on the hall way instead of bottled water which is eco-friendly. We love the idea and enjoy the sparkling water so much. We used the gym, the hot spring, and the sauna area which are well-maintained. All in all, we had a great time while staying with this hotel. Especially Darren who treats us like friends telling the story behind the designs . Thanks to Darren Huang making a big plus to our wonderful time in Hualien.

Go now! The hotel is incredibly beautiful - the lobby design was spectacular. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The onsen / gym and pool area are lovely, too. The hotel opened recently (Dec 2024?) hence the condition of all aspects of the space is flawless. There is a visible challenge for the hotel due to the earthquake which has affected tourism in Hualien: the guest numbers were shockingly low for such a fantastic hotel - but this also meant that the sky bar was only open on weekends (disappointing) and the bakery on the ground floor was yet to open - there is limited dining options and no room service, too. A lot of the staff feel very green - but I guess management are running the property on a lean team through this challenging period. The breakfast I’m sure will slowly get better as more guests visit and you can see they have the facilities and space to cater for a huge amount of guests. The value for money is incredible and would definitely go back - highly recommend a stay especially while these rates are still available!

入住期間非常失望。Disney+購買帳號後，電視完全無法觀看即便那是房間電視內建的App，向櫃檯反映卻得到極度敷衍的處理態度。櫃檯人員不但沒有積極解決問題，還試圖以欺騙「電視無法上網」的方式敷衍過去，讓人感到被不尊重。 環境本身算還可以，但館內強調房內有溫泉，卻未清楚告知溫泉的種類，也沒有任何相關的溫泉標示，讓人覺得資訊不透明。花錢卻得不到應有的服務與體驗，整體感受相當差，不會再考慮再次入住。

花蓮艾美初體驗

花蓮住宿選擇雖然不少，但大部分仍偏民宿，想找連鎖品牌的飯店選項其實不多。在地朋友其實不是很看好艾美在當地的發展，不過設備確實新，房間也很舒適，算是愉快的住宿體驗。 特別想講的是飯店旁邊的小巷子裡就有有趣的咖啡廳，值得逛逛晃晃。

一間漂亮又飯店，值得推薦。

一個月前入住時覺得還有一些改善的空間，在退房時跟櫃台反應，在此次入住時全都有改善，一進大廳就有人員引導辦理入住，除了親切與效率讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，下午茶也給人一種放鬆的感覺，之前門鎖的問題也都已經改善了，老人家對此次的住宿很滿意，交代安排下次的花蓮之旅一定要再光顧。

尚有很大的進步空間。

這是間期待很久的酒店，但個人認為硬體和軟體（人員的訓練與服務）都尚有很大的進步空間。 收費和期待的品質是有相當的落差的，抱怨也是另一種的期待，希望下次帶著老人家去的時候能看到改善。

幾乎沒有任何的可挑剔的地方 除了入住的時候房間還沒有打掃好耽擱快一個小時 但整體而言實在是太棒的一家飯店 房間的質感非常好 山景很讚 泡湯的露天風呂也很棒 兒童遊戲室也很棒
