You get what you pay for

I left the room about 11 O'clock but the hotels cleaning lady forgot my room 2 times in a week. And every day forget something like soap or water. Security for fire very bad. The lock to my door worked sometimes. No elevator. But bed very good and wifi excellent

Bad things happen in threes

The bed was OK. The safe didn't work. The key card didn't work. My brother had to climb over my balcony to gain access into his room as he was having the same problem. The air con was extremely difficult to get working. The cleaner was good at tidying the room. Would I stay again.. Prob not.

Inconvenient check-in process

This hotel is a little inconvenient because you need to go across the road to another hotel (Hua Hin Loft) to check-in as they don't have a check-in system for some reason. They have a small front desk downstairs but cannot check-in. The hotel looks like a dump from the outside, but the rooms are not too bad. We stayed for two nights and our rooms were not cleaned. When we asked why it was not cleaned, the guy just said the house keeping was not working that day! Also, our key card did not work for some reason, and it took the guy about 30 minutes to get it fix since he had to run across the street a few times to the other hotel. In the end, the card still did not work, so he just opened the door with a key. We just left it since we were checking out the next day. The wifi is super fast though, and the location is prime, as it is located pretty much in the center of Hua Hin.

Don’t bother

Staff couldn’t care less. Rooms not maintained, no water on one day. Room cleaner doesn’t show up. The list goes on and on.

Royal Express nice comfortable room

I enjoyed my stay in the Royal Express. The room and bathroom were clean, medium in size. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is near many restaurants,bars and shops all within a 15 minutes walk. The water, shower, lighting, frig, old tv, airco all operated well with enough cupboard space. The hotel is good value, the in-room safe and two chairs is a plus. Check-in is at an hotel opposite in soi78. There is no lift in the building.

Nothing good.

Bad Experience 1. Across street six lanes traffic to C/N. 2. Room bad smell. Old & no maintainence. 3. Towel is turn brown and smelly including all bed linen. 4. Electric shower not working. 5. Some room light not working. 6. Staff smoking on their post near stairways. 7. No parking as advertised. Parking on side street. 8. Electric kettle are smelly and dirty.

Hotel Royal Express, Hua Hin- A budget hotel

The hotel is located on the Petchkasem main road and is in the centre of the town.Important places like the Hua Hin Beach, Night market, Railway station, Massage parlours, Restuarants all are within 10 min walk. It is a budget hotel with all basic amneties. The hotel doesn't have elevator facility. We stayed on the 3rd floor and our window was facing the town. They have a restaurant but we preferred to have food elsewhere. If you are looking for good comfort and great service, then not the correct place to stay but if you are looking to stay in the heart of the town with everything easily accessible and not too bothered about the comfort factor, then this is a great place to stay. Strongly recommended for budget travellers.

ที่เช็คอินกับที่พักอยู่คนละที่ ต้องข้ามถนน แต่โดยรวมให้ 7 สภาพห้องพอรับได้ ผ้าห่มเป็นแบบผ้าขาวทับผ้าห่ม.. ไม่ได้เหมือน รร. ทั่วไป หมอนแบนไปขนาดหนุนสองใบนะ ตู้เซฟและไฟฉายในห้อง.. ใช้ไม่ได้ ไม่ต้องมีดีกว่า ตู้เย็น... ใหญ่มากแช่เบียร์ได้ดี 555 แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง แม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดตอนเช้า.. เหมือนมาปลุกแขกให้ตื่น บันไดชันไปนิด.... รวมๆแล้ว ให้ 7 จะเก็บไว้เป็นตัวเลือกท้ายๆ สำหรับที่พักนี้

Royal Express Huahin

Bra hotell till ett bra pris. Stort rum och badrum. Inte fullt så varmt vatten i duschen men det duger. Ca 15 minuter till stranden. Ligger på stora gatan, lätt att få Tuc-tuc. Andra gången vi bokat detta hotell under totalt 30 dagar. Kommer nog att göra det nästa gång vi är här. Enda nackdelen ingen hiss.

Avoid this place

Awful stay. Loud guest came back drunk making way too much noice; management did nothing. Ants got into my bag causing a big mess. Very worn out room.

Alt verwohnt aber für 1 bis 2 Nächte ok! Preis ok!

Ich bin von dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Checkin nicht im Hotel sondern in einem anderen Hotel. Bilder im Internet sind sicher 10 Jahre alt. Zimmer sind zwar sauber aber total "verwohnt". Jetzt zum Positiven: Die Lage ist top! Für 1 oder 2 Nächte ok ansonsten gibt's ganz sicher bessere.

我最近每年都去泰国度假，第一次去华欣。说实话，我每次都不会住太贵的酒店，这房间价格190RMB，我曾经在苏梅岛用同样的价格住过条件非常好的，就在海边，带泳池的酒店。然而这样的价格放到华欣的这家酒店就显得贵了。因为客房的条件挺普通，比国内的招待所好些吧。离华欣夜市溜达15分钟，还可以接受。checkin的时候去的马路对面那家，前台大厅看上去都还行，入住的时候给我们安排的是靠近马路的另一边房子，没有前台，就是一个门进去就是楼梯。楼梯也很窄。说实话第一天入住时还真有些不习惯。后来还好。 再说说服务吧，前面说了。办理入住是第一个地方，等了10多分钟，前台一直没办好，说没查到我的信息，服务员英语不行，交流不明白。耽误了挺久，我后来先让我住了。这过程也是我们拿着行李箱穿过胡同和马路到了地点二。结果预定时我选择大床房，结果给我安排的双床房，想换房告诉我没有了。得明天看了，也懒得换就凑合了。进房我媳妇洗个澡，热水器水又不热，我又让媳妇穿好衣服又找服务员调。最过分的是，我住了三天，最后一天晚上的门锁死活打不开。之前我们买了很多吃的。着急回去。结果又去第一个地方前台刷卡，回去还是不行。服务员又骑着摩托车去帮我换卡，反正折腾了五六次。我都抽了好几根烟，最后好不容易进去了。 值得称赞的是，客房每天都有清洁服务。周边吃的不是太多，华欣真的不大。晚上也就夜市热闹点。好，就说这些。

Great location, but it is in need of a clean up new towels and that sort of things the standard has dropped from the last time I was there before the towels was made in to animals and there was dressing gowns I the room but not bad for the money

有點難找，但CP值高的旅館。

這家旅館在大路邊，但沒有招牌，只有個小小的入口個櫃台，真的不容易找到，建議要用地址查找。 不過裡面有冰箱冷氣電視，熱水也很充足，CP值算不錯的。 大路對面就是MiniVan的站牌，走過去就一分鐘很方便，附近巷子裡有租車行，機車一天200泰銖也很便宜。
