My only very small and easy to fix complaint was that all the amenities weren’t listed or were unclear. There is nowhere very close to eat or get groceries so we planned to only have a kettle. "Clean room. Nice breakfast. Pretty location. Staff was nice. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night a couple of times and staff was no where to be seen for what felt like a long time. It was faulty not a fire. It was a bit frustrating at 3am. Nothing was mentioned the next morning. I would think a discount would have been given or an apology but nothing. "

"The rooms were lovely, the food hall and communal spaces were all very nice. The breakfast was pretty good, we just needed to ask if anything needed topping up after a busy morning rush, but the staff were always helpful and happy to do so!"
