"The location was convenient and the room was a good size. The breakfast was lacking. My family of 5 wasn’t able to find enough to eat due to lack of replenishing. When we asked about it the man in charge just shrugged his shoulders. The cutlery and plates were also not particularly clean. The pool was nice and the gym sufficiently appointed. "

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "

"Rooms look like the inside cabin, in the hull of a cruise ship. So tiny, no sitting area, staff had terrible attitude. I checked out a day early and the desk clerk told me I could not checkout until the next day and I left, I had a plane to catch. What property tell you, you can’t leave? I will never stay here again. AND people were smoking in their rooms on the second floor and nothing happened even though it’s a smoke free property."

"Avoid this property at all costs. Room doors that won't open, broken smoke detectors chirping every 30 seconds, unclean rooms with no cleaning records available. Had to leave and forfeit our reservation."

"5 minute walk to airport; bathroom cramped; no long term parking at hotel, must use airport parking lot and shuttle back to hotel"
