"It was our 30th Wedding anniversary , on arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The rooms, service and facilities were first class, the sea and castle views beautiful.
Breakfast selection was vast and very tasty, centrally located this hotel is must for a stay in St Helier"
"Large hotel with lots of facility's. Fantastic swimming pool, numerous bars& restaurants, entertainment for all ages. Not a sea front hotel but in a nice location & a nice walk through the park to town & buses."
"The apartment was very nice and well situated for local transport . It was an easy walk to shops, museums and to the harbour. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return."
"Only negative was cold water in rooms was not cold. It was a bit far from the bus station but very near a beach and sea lido. The swimming pool was warm and so was the room it was in. It was open long hours so was convenient and not too busy."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians.
The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes)."
