Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part).
