"On your website it says free parking . Upon arrival they charged 40$, elevators didn’t work . And the manager refused to come speak to not only myself but another guest who was having the same issue about parking . Overall it was horrible checked out very early the next morning"

"We normally stay at Hilton brand hotels, but decided to try Wyndham. To start with, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised. The hotel had an overpowering weed smell - so much for a smoke-free policy. The elevator didn’t work and so my wife and I, along with our two sons, had to haul our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The TV reception looked like 1980’s antenna quality. And the AC was not working despite being on for over 3 hours. We were also charged $40 for parking despite advertising $20. Because the hotel was in horrible condition, we decided to check out the same day we checked in and just drive home. To make matters worse, when we checked out, the hotel charged us an additional $131 and they could not explain why. I’m 48 and this was one of the worst stays, if not the worst, our family has ever experienced. "
