"Room was clean, front desk staff was very helpful."

"Checking was good. Room it's ok. You get what you pay for. No USB charging outlets. No hair conditioner, lotion is like water. Covers very simple, like one sheet. No duvet or comforter, just a pain fabric sheet. Mini fridge noisy."

"I always enjoy YLEM as my place to vist when attending any events at the stadium. Great location, feel safe, always, and fun folks seem to reside during my stay. Great places to quench your thirst and walking distance to many eatery. One big family each stay i have had!!"

"Some variety changed daily for the breakfast, which is enjoyable. Unfortunately the Elevators wouldn't work from the ground floor, so if someone didn't come from upstairs you had to go up the stairs."

"Great location, clean property! Staff was very helpful."

"First off the Room was clean, i loved that. The staff were amazing great service too and friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Houston!"

"Got this room to visit Reliant Stadium and it was the best, literally walking distance! The place looks off but it had basics for the one night stay we did."

"Amazing friendly staff."

"Roaches and spiders in room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they informed me that there was nothing they could do because I did not take a picture of it. And they suggested I find a new hotel. I couldn’t believe they suggested this. Vents looked like they have never been cleaned. Pls see pictures. Staff is not friendly nor accommodating, specifically Shima and her direct manager. I will never return to this hotel. Food is terrible and expensive. And workers don’t know how...

"Not the cleanest but close to the stadium"
