"The room is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good as reviews. However, my room was on the first floor, next to elevator and reception area. The service staffs started working around 3:00 am. They pushed carts along the hallway back and/or forth, talked to each other very loudly. The worse part was the fire alarms in my room and the hallway went off around 5:00 am in the morning. That really was annoying. Unpleasant stay. "

"Very nice property but very poorly managed. Could not order from the menu in the restaurant unless it was delivered to your room. Kind of crazy! Also no self parking! Lots of rules that make no sense! Will not be back there."

"The lobby is nice, but the bar is completely open to the lobby and the music was loud. We didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant was closed in the evening, when we had planned to try it. Note that the breakfast is not included and the prices listed were fairly expensive."

"Building is old and not well maintained. Room was ok hallways in need of a good cleaning. Was told there were two elevators. The first one didn't work and had to walk to the opposite end for the other. When we walked back to the other end on our floor our room key didn't work. They gave us another room on the first floor with 2 beds instead of one like we wanted. "
