Staff was very friendly. Live music at the bar was awesome. Able to order and eat in bar was very nice. The only two negative things we're I should not have to call the front desk to have my room clean and put clean towels every day is ridiculous (should only have to call if I don't want my room cleaned) and charging $40 a day to park my vehicle after the amount of money we pay to stay there that should be included.

Room is overpriced, bar is overpriced ($13 for a domestic beer), food was slightly overpriced, especially since it wasn't hot when served. $11 for two regular coffees and $40 parking is ridiculous. $25 early check-in was worth it, and being in walking distance to NRG is convenient.

Line at check-in at 2:30 on Friday afternoon was 14 people long and took 20 minutes. They need more help at the front desk. The parking was easy and secure. We had a hard time getting in our room, the card didn't work on the door that was marked with the room number, our neighbor had to tell us to try the door that wasn't marked because it was a suite. That was the only door that it worked. The room smelled of mold. Other than that it was good.
