Staff is very friendly, particularly the breakfast staff. Rooms are clean but can be a bit noisy at times. You can't adjust the thermostat in your room so if you like sleeping with it colder, too bad. Only one elevator working which led to long waits.

Good hotel. Very firm bed

Good hotel. Only complaint was the mattresses. Extremely firm. Did not sleep well. But very convenient to Methodist hospital. Had early morning labs and was able to walk there.
