"I love the location and the vibe of the hotel Zaza, but I stayed a week this last visit and I was disappointed by some things. I had to call on two occasions to get my room cleaned when it was not done. And I had to call to get clean towels a couple of times. I do not think my sheets were changed until I called 5 days into my visit. I called to the front desk on 2 occasions and the issues discussed were not resolved and I had to call again. I had a great room with a view of the pool. The complimentary coffee and cookies were great. The bell staff and wait staff were great and the front desk staff who helped me were also great. I would stay there again, as the proximity to the medical center, the museums and Rice University was very convenient."
