I stayed for 3 nights. My TV in the room does not work. I informed the girl at reception on the second day, but nothing was done. So I had no TV service for 3 days. I asked for some kind of compensation, but nothing was given back to me....For some reason, they don't stock any shampoo in the rooms. When asked about it, the girl in reception said people like to bring their own and is for hygienic reasons (?). How are the small unopened individually packed shampoo be less hygienic??? If their business model of saving 5 cents of the cost of shampoo for profit, then I will never book with the hotel again.

Got what I paid for

Arrived around 3:40pm to check in being that check in is at 3pm. Office was closed for about 10 minutes. The parking was convenient. Overflowing trash cans full of trash sitting under the stair case. Room was clean looking strong smell of floor cleaner or something like it. Bed so uncomfortable you could feel all the springs. Woke up to used the restroom to find roaches in the bathroom. I understand you get what you paid for lesson learned. If you need a couple hours of sleep this would work.

Front desk was helpful and nice..The rooms are clean my only disliked the first room smelled like ammonia found out thats wax they used on the floor..The front desk was nice by changing room still had that smell but not as bad.Overall is nice place.

The room had a foul odor when I first walked it. Good enough I took my disinfectant spray from my car to reduce the odor and maximize the air conditioner. The following morning odor was gone.

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable. We are here longer term and they clean the room weekly with towel exchange twice weekly. Shorter stays get daily service. Staff is friendly.
