Stay was enjoyable everything looked new and very clean, full size fridge, nice size Tv. Enjoyable stay very clean. The only bad thing I would say is Breakfast consisted of a poptart, a muffin and a banana. Coffee was ok.

Very clean! Housekeepers are very conscientious. Beautiful decor. If I could say only one thing was very troublesome- the constant smell of wacky weed. It is very cloying at times just like a multitude of other hotels. People have no consideration for the air we breathe. This is no fault of this hotel.

I liked the property and the customer service. I didn't like the fact someone next to me had their music blasting at 1am and my last day around 8am one of the staff cleaners open my room door while I was changing . Check out wasn't until 11:30 am and she busted in the room and didn't even say sorry very unprofessional. Other than that it was a clean property .

Room will take hours to cool, otherwise ok.

The place is new and overall good shape, but there were cigarette burns in the comforter, along with just the bed in general was very very firm not very comfortable to sleep on.(I know, opinion) Breakfast was some million degree burnt coffee, pop tarts, and muffins which I get it, you get what you pay for. Our main issue, however, was the room was in the 80s when we got there, unit was off. We turned the air conditioner on full blast, and it took several hours to cool down, and even overnight never got very cool. The room was unusable for several hours unless you wanted to sit there and sweat to death. We sat hovering over the air conditioning unit to get some relief, didn’t have much other choice. I guess they turn everything off to save money, but then what happens when you book it? Not a great user experience.

Nice Property

My fiancé and I traveled to Houston for a retirement party. I thought I selected someplace close to the venue (which was near Hobby Airport). However, this location actually proved to be very accommodating. It's a new property, as evident by the faint smell of fresh paint - LOL! However, the room was clean and functional. The only gripe is the "bedspread" was too thin...it was better described as a thick sheet. I recommend there be an extra blanket be kept in the room. Even in the humidity, you want a comfy sleep.

Everything was good other than the room being hot because it took a minute for the air to circulate around the room. The people under kept calling the office about my kids being on the floor which was crazy because they were in the bed at the time but overall it was clean and everything..
