Emily, the receptionist at the front desk made us feel more than welcome! This is a beautiful hotel! I came here for my birthday just for the rooftop restaurant but they were not open. I really don’t have any complaints because everything was so amazing besides, clean the showers better! Even though one thing went wrong I still have to give 5 stars and that speaks volumes !

The staff was great and the room was clean and was a great size. The shower was large. The view from the room was amazing and the rooftop bar is a must try. I will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. The only weird thing was peppermint shampoo, cilantro conditioner, and sage body wash. Other than that everything was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff were great, no hot water for ages, floor 19 had to wait 15 mins to get any… room sometimes was stocked with coffee or cups had to phone down a lot to get what I wanted. Breakfast room was freezing when only a few guest there, maybe didn’t want to put heating on! Food was good though! Disappointed in the basics not being offered, especially when staying for 17 days.

Great location—only four blocks from the George R. Brown Convention Center. The room was comfortable, quiet, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The only downside was that the shower floor wasn’t as well maintained as expected. We parked at the 803 Fannin Street Garage and had no issues. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We had an event at Daikin Field and this was the perfect location to stay! It is a short walk to the field and Hotel was very nice and clean and staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend and we will stay here again when visit Houston again.

We were able to check in early, front desk staff was super sweet. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun and a great place to take pictures.
