"Nota positiva la vicinanza al Santuario e la gentilezza e disponibilità soprattutto del personale di sala. Camera piccola ma accettabile. Cibo da dimenticare così pure come la pulizia delle camere. In 3 giorni non ci hanno mai rifatto la stanza, pulito il bagno e cambiato gli asciugamani. Onestamente l'abbiamo scelto per il punteggio delle recensioni: 8.8 = una follia! Massimo 9 per la vicinanza al Santuario di Lourdes e 3 per tutto il resto. Mai più. Sconsigliatissimo. Oltretutto non capisco ...

L5 bus stops right across the street at the Gare train station every 15-20 minutes and takes you to the sancturary site for 1 euro. Small hotel so staff works double duty at both hotel front desk and restaurant. But wherever they were they were always ready to help or answer questions. wherever "
