"I was very surprised to walk into my room and see dirty floors. Look like the floors had. It been swept or mopped. The walls in the room had marks almost like someone drew on them. Also be very careful if you have small kids because there are no mesh screens on windows. I was on the 11th floor and when I opened the window you could literally fall out."

"I was at Barcelo Reforma for My Aunt's 100th Birthday Celebration. The staff was attentive, respectful, co siderate and very friendly!!! Needless to say her Birthday was a party for Centuries!!!! I definitely plan to go back."

"Would not recommend. The noise level was unbearable! thin walls, slamming doors, and you could literally hear the person next door having a full conversation. Zero restful sleep. The bed was okay but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The concierge was also unhelpful when needed. Very disappointing stay. There are much better 5 star hotels in CDMX worth your money."
