There was no temperature control in the room other than a fan. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet and the toilet tilted side to side. The front entrance was tiled with shiney black tile and there were 2 angled steps that were very hard to see.

ULIV Hotels are unusual - they have minimal front desk service and no other amenities. (I have stayed at two so far.) For check in you provide info via a website and you receive a room code. The only front desk assistance at check-in is likely to be verifying your ID. If you want a full-service, or even any-service, hotel, this is not it. Even housekeeping is an upcharge. That said: a very clean, spacious room, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Our rooms were big and bright. The staff are friendly and they did provide additional coffee pods and hold our luggage after check-out. Also: they left bottles of wine for us! A few notes: - The shower in one room leaked all over the bathroom floor which was annoying. (I did not complain.) - The coffeemaker is stupid Nespresso pods that make half a cup. - There is some street noise and very bright lights across the street. (The room had good dark shades.) It is NOT a busy street. - The only AC is a floor unit that did minimal cooling. The room got quite warm in the afternoon with the sun on the windows. - There is a 7-11 at the end of the block, and a coffee place next door. And lots of other options within a few blocks. Would definitely start here again.

La habitación estaba muy bien, todo ordenado y limpio. En la parte de la cocina tenía todo lo esencial y no nos hizo falta ningun elemento para preparar la comida. En la habitación todo estaba bien, tenía una unidad pequeña de ventilación, plancha y caja fuerte. En el baño todo estaba bien solo que el piso se encharcaba porque las puertas de la regadera no sellaban bien. El personal fue super amable, si vas debes tomar en cuenta que no incluye servicio de limpieza a menos que lo contrates, y en este servicio se incluye el cambio de toallas y el despacho de la basura que hayas acumulado. En nuestro caso no contratamos este servicio pero nos resolvieron al momento de pedirles apoyo para tirar la basura y pedir bolsas nuevas.

Gran estancia! El lugar impecable, las almohadas deliciosas, los espacios bastante adecuados y el personal amable siempre. Las ventanas son gruesas por lo cual en las noches de descansa bien y además de cortesía me dejaron unos tapones de oido los cuales afortunadamente no necesité. Yo viajé sola y me quedé por varios días y me gustó porque en todo momento me sentí segura.
