"We didn’t check in until about 11pm. Front staff was wonderful! Room was clean (I always check the bed really well too) but there was a bad odor in the room. Carpet maybe? It seemed to get worse the longer we were there. We got up and left early the next morning so it wasn’t anything we couldn’t stand. "

"The staff is nice. Virginian Motel is under new management. The staff knows me because I was here for 4 days before, and I was here one more time before then, and that was since my birthday in November of last year. The staff is kind, the property is good, the cleanliness and fantastic, the amenities are nice, I just wish there were outlets next to the bed to plug phone chargers in, and I wish there was a mini refrigerator to put things that need to be cold in, like certain medications, and beverages and such, otherwise fantastic! I definitely recommend staying at Virginian Motel!"

"This place is run down and very low end. It’s cheap for a reason, but in this case it isn’t even worth the $60 a night. I’d rather be camping outside. Our room smelled like a wet dog, the shower barely worked, the cold water side of the sink faucet didn’t work, the wall mounted heater was really loud. The sheets looked clean, so there’s that. You weren’t expecting this to be the Bellagio, but it’s barely a functional motel. "

"I use a wheelchair. The parking was close and made it easier for me. The room was spacious. I was happy to see that the bed was a regular height not high like the trend now in many hotels."
