The Check-in was easy. The lady at the desk, I can't remember her name, but she was SO NICE and professional. I felt safe and I was able to park right outside of the room. I was only there for one night but would return again if I needed to come back to the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Room was a little small and outdated but very clean. Front desk clerk was very friendly. We visit the area very often to see our daughter who goes to the local college. We have stayed at various hotels in the area, and this isn't the nicest, but it is clean, and the price is right.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It had all I needed, a comfortable bed and shower. The manager was very accommodating and I will be staying here when I work here in the future.

Door had recently been kicked in, frame had not been repaired, couldn’t secure door very well. Carpet needed cleaning, sheets were dirty, holes in the wall. Would not recommend. Front desk was friendly though.

Not only was the room cheap, but the lady behind the desk was very pleasant, even though it was Thanksgiving. I arrived the day before and stayed until friday so that i could spend the holiday with my family. The room had everything I needed and to my surprise the bed was much softer than most hotels I've stayed in. Even the pillows had substance to them. I will definitely dray there afain the next time I'm in the area!

Sweet surprise. Would stay again.

Kat greeted me with a smile even though we checked in late. The room had everything we needed, a table with chair, microwave, fridge with freezer for our ice packs, desk and chair, iron/ironing board, tub for me and shower for sis with updated water streams. Of course there was a tv and internet. The a/c cooled nicely and the bed was the best. This hotel is located on a main road, so if you are a Princess you may need to find another castle, but the rest of us will sleep just fine here.

Beautiful location. Room was very musty and a major asthma trigger. Saw cockroaches in various locations in the room. Shower handle leaked as much or more water than came out the shower head. Issue at check in with their credit card reader.

Scottish Inns Collinsville is easy to get to, has straight-forward parking, comfortable queen beds, and heating-cooling units that look worn out but functioned fine inside the 2 rooms we rented. Room access cards did not work properly, required multiple trips to the front office, causing the poor lady in charge to jump through hoops replacing key cards and batteries in the card-programming machine multiple times. Bathroom shower and sink faucets put out spraying water as opposed to running water. Power outlets, microwave, and telephone fixtures were in terrible repair, even hazardous. Worst of all, EXPEDIA FAILED US by posting a photo that misrepresented this property in a good light, and posting more-preferred properties as having no rooms available. Will be sure to double-check direct with hotels, car rentals, and airlines on Expedia from now on.
