Room was comfortable and nice. Room had good air conditioning and all the amenities of room comfort. The only negative was that the bathroom vent exhaust did not work. Also a part was broken on the shower door but it still worked ok.

Decent place. Probably the best place in the area. But the pool was closed 3 of the days I was there and the temps were in the upper 90s. My room (114) had a walk in shower that created a mess on the floor every time I took a shower. The toilet leaked around it's base causing a constant puddle around the toilet. The staff was friendly and everything else was find. Breakfast was okay... not bad and nothing to write home to either.

The hotel overall is nice. The hotel could be updated especially the showers and beds. The bed was too soft and felt as if it needed to be changed to a new mattress. Overall a nice and quiet hotel with an excellent and nice staff!

We stayed here for a weekend trip to visit family. The checkin process normal to be expected. The room was average and dated with mold in the shower ceiling. On the second day, we left only to return to an untouched room with the same dirty towels in the bathroom. I went to ask for more clean towels and washclothes. The attendant told me he didnt have any to give me due to the washers were down and they couldn't do laundry. We were given 2 towels with the word "pool" written on them only. We had no washclothes to use since ours was left dirty on the floor for housekeeping to get but never came.

We have stayed here a number of times with excellent quality. This time was different. Had to leave and come back after 6pm and still took a minute to get our room key. Someone tried to enter our room. Barely enough towels for 2 and then it appears while we were out someone camin and took our used towels but didn't replace them.

Broken ice machine 3rd floor, no vending machine. Had to go to 1st floor for ice and soda. The breakfast was great and snack bag was a good idea. Comfortable beds. Convenient to restaurants.

"OK" Hampton property. Average or slightly below average for the Hampton brand. Older building. Room was clean but well worn. Staff was there but not really engaged. Not the value for the dollar we typically expect from Hampton Inn.
