"Impeccable service - the staff who checked me in actually helped me with my luggage, took me to the room and showed me all the buttons and ways around the room. If you've travelled often enough to Australia, you know this is above and beyond service. The interior and aesthetics are 10/10 - no notes. The room amenities and hotel amenities (pool) are just well-thought of. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the hotel and my comfort levels were beyond anything I expected. They had hard pillows and gave you sleep tonic (which actually worked so damn well, best sleep ever) as a sunset service. I AM COMING BACK."

"We requested some things on check in and it took 3 phone calls before they were delivered to our room. The rooms are a little tired. Room was not soundproof. Beautiful view, but the windows were dirty. We couldn't use the top floor bar as there was a private function booked."
