"The staff is amazing and very friendly. Everything was clean & the common areas smelled amazing but the room smelled musty. The shower was extremely slippery. That being said..We love this hotel and have stayed multiple times."

"Amazing staff and breakfast!"

"Loved staying at The Garland. It was a great location to visit Universal and The Hollywood Bowl."

"Nice and cozy"

"Clean room and good service, friendlly and helpful staffs at the hotel. "

"If I could give this resort a 10 star I would, very clean , excellent staff, beds very comfortable. Roof top has a heated pool and bar and serves breakfast overlooking the hollywood hills,"

"I loved the character of the hotel in general. One thing that would be nice if possible, to add is storage for cloths in the room but other than that everything was great."

"Chose the hotel due to its location. Within walking distance of the Hollywood Bowl. So that was good. A bit of a dodgy neighborhood but it was OK as there were thousands of people walking to and from the concert. I was traveling with 2 friends. Drove down from Las Vegas. Didn't think to do the online early checkin as my buddy wanted to put the room on his credit card and we thought we would wait till we got there. Not knowing there was no Reception!!!! So it was a mad panic when we got there!...
