"The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. "We stayed for two nights, as I travelled with a family member who is coeliac, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotels own restaurant catered for them, in the evening and at breakfast, where they plated everything up separately in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. It was primarily to be a base, but what we saw, did and any staff members we encountered, couldn't fault any of them"

"For a budget hotel, the Ibis is a cut above. The rooms are not large but the beds are extremely comfy. The shower cubicle is large with plenty hot water. The room is spotless and as a sufferer of an allergy to dust mites, I can state that I did not encounter any problems. The TV worked well with a wide range of Freeview channels. This has improved from before."
