Short break

Checked in for 3 days with my wife and was so pleased with the hotel and especially the room , very clean and spacious enough for two people. Great breakfast included and it was great to try some local dishes. Staff were so polite and helpful, organised a trip for us arranged our onward transfer and even arranged a SIM card for my wife’s phone .

We loved our stay at the Square Villa Hoi An, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending many things to do in the area and was able to get us better pricing for some of our excursions and activities than we were being quoted online! Location is excellent very close to the main attractions yet tucked away to be peaceful and quiet when needed! Definitely consider this location for your visit!

The Square Villa was a lovely stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned promptly and our requests were met right away. The location is also great- it is near the Japanese bridge and night market. There is a super cute coffee shop a block away which was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location

A good boutique style, walk up establishment. Room is clean and location is excellent, safe and a 5min walk to the start of Ancient Town. Love the spa next door that gives 50% discount for Square Villa stayer. I would stay again if I'm back.

Everyone at the property was so nice and helpful. I love how easy it was to communicate with them, from arranging transportation to booking tours. Our hostess made everything super easy and convenient. We felt extremely safe at this property. We opted for breakfast and everything was delicious. Excellent place to visit Hoi an

The villa is perfectly located,5 minute walking from Old Town, it was renewed recently. Room super clean and according to photos. The people are great, special mention to Sang, who is really nice , proposing things to do and taking care of all your needs. I highly recommend Square Villa!

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam Square Villa was the absolute best. The staff were kind, helpful and by the end of our 4 night stay we felt like family. The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the main canal area in a lovely quiet street. It was so budget friendly for our Australian family of 4. I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! I wish I had 10 stars to give!! This is hands-down, the best hospitality experience we’ve ever had. Location was exactly where you wanna be when visiting. on a relatively quiet street that has shops and restaurants and a short walk from the touristy old town. This boutique, family run hotel offers everything you’d expect from a western top rated hotel of similar size. Our hosts were extremely attentive to our needs and comfort. The breakfast options were delicious and made to order. Excellent Wi-Fi in the rooms along with Netflix and streaming compatible smart TVs. Modern and extremely well maintained rooms with everything you need. I couldn’t say something negative about this place if you paid me. We’ve been traveling for 2 months in the far east and this hotel checks all the boxes! Beyond the hotel and the services included in this booking, our hosts went above and beyond to connect us to local tours and tailors and helped with transportation. They also have bicycles available for complementary use. And Rent motor scooters. They acted as personal concierge’s during our entire stay. It really was a hospitality experience that went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!!

The reception staff and owner could not have done more for us for our one night stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with a fridge! I asking distance to the old town with lots of food options on the doorstep. Lovely additions was balcony overlooking the street which was lovely for evening beer and morning coffee! Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The BEST HOTEL I have stayed. I travelled from Da Nang to Hoi An and the hotel arrange my pick up from my hotel. They also can arrange transport to the airport (they were always on time!) I arrived in the hotel and was greeted by the lovely Hien who had arrival drinks to offer. She also suggested places to visit around Hoi An. LOVED my room which had a balcony, bottled water is provided too. They can also arrange laundry for you if needed. The area I would say was relatively quiet even if it is only walking distance to Thu Bon River where the lantern boat rides and market are. I felt safe walking back at night because there are shops and restaurants across the street that are opened until late. Breakfast was included during my stay and I received next level hospitality, I have tours booked in the morning (before breakfast time) and they would prepare the breakfast for you even at an earlier time! They make the breakfast fresh!!! Best breakfast I had during my travel in Vietnam! If you want to go around aswell they do have bicycles that you can use for free :) Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I come back in Hoi An!

The staff, especially Oanh, are so lovely & helpful! They really want you to enjoy your stay and time in Hoi An and it’s surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area just a short walk (5 mins or so) from the old town. It’s such a little gem! The rooms are nice, clean & comfortable. The only downside is that there isn’t a lift for guests so if you struggle with steps I would suggest asking for a room on the lower floor levels. Just a 1 minute walk from the hotel is a good restaurant (Boi Com), so if the weather is poor or if you don’t want to head out, it’s a good option. Thank you Oanh for looking after me during my stay!
