Property is in a great location. Hosts are great- helpful! They also have a wonderful tailor for custom suits/ dresses. Breakfast was lovely, not the most cleanly coming from North American standards, but acceptable.

A Phenomenal Homestay in the Perfect Location

This was the most wonderful place to stay during my trip to Hoi An. The location is stellar, it is immaculately clean, and the family that runs the Homestay is very kind, honest, and trustworthy. They let you use their bikes for free, and can help you plan whatever day trips you'd like at a very fair price with no upsell tactics. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again!

At the center within minutes of walk. The host was super helpful and the room was very clean. There is even free bike for use. The price for yours was at least half price cheaper than what you are offered on the street! Highly recommended!

Excellent property! The room was clean and spacious with great complimentary toiletries. The property owners were friendly, professional and so helpful throughout my stay. Bill Ben is located right by the night market as well as plenty of restaurants, spas and shopping right on the island. A three minute walk and you are in the heart of the ancient city. 10/10! The value for the price is outweighed only by how lovely the owners are:)

室内は玄関から靴を脱いで建物内に入るので清潔でした。 部屋にはエアコンの他、扇風機もあり快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 バルコニーにはテーブル、椅子が二脚あり広々としてのんびりとした街の眺めも良かったです。 フレンドリーなオーナー夫婦に可愛い子どもたち、旅先でも家庭的な雰囲気も感じられて居心地が良かったです。

Our 2 night stay at Bill Ben Homestay was excellent. The owners are lovely people and very helpful. The place is very close to old quarter and has a simple very nice breakfast using fresh bread and foods. We will visit again.

今回宿泊したのは四階・最上階のデラックスルームでしたすっきりまとまった清潔な部屋で、椅子に座ってくつろげるバルコニー付きでした。4月に入って暑くなりだしたホイアンでしたが風抜けがよく日中の暑い時間帯でも窓を開ければエアコンを使わずくつろげました。そして、涼しくなったらすぐにホイアンの街に繰り出せる立地でしたので思う存分ホイアンを楽しむことができました。 ホームステイと言っているだけに経営は家族で力を合わせてしている感じで、時間帯により近所の子供が遊びにきていたりお客がきていたり、アットホームでまるで親戚の家に遊びに来ているような気分で滞在を楽しめました。 近所には美味しいレストランや夜遅くまでお菓子や飲食料が買える小さなお店もあり治安もよい立地でした。 次回もまた利用したいと思います。

Pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful owner

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.

Our stay at Bill and Ben Homestay in Hoi An was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcome beer, making us feel right at home. The family’s hospitality was unparalleled, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. One highlight was the incredible shirts that the lady of the house, a master tailor, crafted for us. Each shirt was a testament to her skill and dedication, adding a personalised touch to our visit. Gorgeous people inside and out, the hosts made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. We can't recommend Bill and Ben Homestay highly enough and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Such a friendly family that can’t do enough for you. The homestay room was big, perfect air con and clean. The location is perfect - easily walkable to the old town and right near the night markets but very quiet. There is also a very cute local restaurant at the end of the steet called ‘hi’. Highly recommend this homestay - excellent value

We had a great stay here. The family are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their Homestay is beautiful and very modern. We had a delicious breakfast and they organised several tours for us. Highly recommend and surpassed our expectations. I would recommend staying here for a great visit to Hoi An, it is located 2 minutes from the river and old town. Thank you to this hard working family.
