"The bed and pillows were amazing. The staff was kind of rude. The bars and they had a Morton’s in the hotel, which were both excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel overall was very nice, but you can tell it hasn’t been maintained very well, but it is a very nice hotel. It just felt like it was a bit dirty. Great location."

"Clean room with great friendly staff! However the property is aging and could use some touch-ups."

"My only issue I was given a late check out - thank you - and I was told that after 11am my card would no longer work - totally fine I left the room to put stuff in my car around 9am only to return to my room unable to get in. "1 star - Do not stay here, especially with kids We stayed here with our family, 3 adults and 2 small children, and it was a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff treated us with a very bad attitude, and our room was not ready when we arrived. When we finally got into the room, it was dirty. There was a very strong smell of humidity and animals, it was hard to breathe, dust everywhere, and hair all over the place. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had urine in...

"We were so impressed with our stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle was very convenient to take to the airport and areas within a 5 mile radius. The breakfast was good and the hotel looked modern and clean."

"The exercise room had state of the art equipment with wide range of stuff. Breakfast was kinda basic I j have better at other hotels in their line but staff was friendly, it was clean and in a good location."
