"The room was okay and what you’d expect for the price. What was not okay was the boutique check in twenty mins from the room location. I suppose this would be fine if you had a car but we had to walk and this was ridiculous. The staff also did not speak good English which is more my problem and kept insisting I pay the rest in cash despite only having card on me. "The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The owners/hosts were extremely generous and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! Exceeded all expectations! I will definitely recommend to everyone. It’s a perfect location to spill out on the street and walk to the water, shops and restaurants."

"Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day.
That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there...

"Francesco and Erica were very accommodating. The B&B was next door to the National Archeology Museum and about a 20 minute walk from the Catacombs of San Gennero. Dei Via Tribulani is packed with restaurants and other sightseeing options and is also about a 20 minute walk. Don't miss the Sansevero Chapel and either of the 2 underground tours.

"This is a good location with train station and many restaurants nearby but a bit difficult to find - Many street names are missing and there is no big sign for the hotel. Building is kinda old with a big flight of stairs to walk up with your bags. However, the room was very nice & spacious with a balcony. It was well-modernized with all in working condition - In-room breakfast was nice to have. Check-in & Check-out process were easy and quick - overall, a good experience!"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The room clean but could have been cleaner, the water didn’t drain the shower and that wasn’t great - we’re only there for one night and didn’t make sense to ask for a change. "Perfect location for being able to spend a couple of days exploring Naples. Great access to transport links to and from the airport as well as across the city. Highly recommend booking here super friendly staff in a really cool older building in the middle of Naples.
Side note if you book here go next door and visit Alessandro the owner of the Salumeria!"

"The host, Gianni, was so friendly and helpful. Our place was ready and clean and had enough room for the 4 of us. I loved the building and the store we got breakfast from. The only thing that this place lost a star for was the location. I feel it was safe but didn’t love it."

"The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"

"Very conveniently located near Napoli Centrale and the airport. The staff are very communicative and gave step by step instructions on how to access the property. When we arrived later in the afternoon, they offered us coffee and snacks, which was much appreciated! Great AC, clean room. Would recommend!"
