"Excellent location right in the heart of the city and a close walk to Jackson Square and the French Market. Staff ver very friendly and accommodating the entire stay. We were able to store our luggage early in the morning as we came off a cruise and our room wasn’t ready so that was very helpful. Pool was very clean and we enjoyed some quiet time in the loungers. We used Uber and Lyft a few times and the pick up/drop off was easily accessible even at night when the streets were closed. Felt very safe at all times. Highly recommend this location."
