Blue60 was evwrything we needed it to be. The location is great to walk into the French Quarter, with an excellent grocery opposite and a lovely coffee shop (Baldwin's) a few steps away. Buses and a tram are a 2 min walk away. The proprietor was helpful and responsive. Our suite was equipped with a mini frig, microwave, tea kettle, coffee machine and eating utensils and crockery, plus coffee and teas. The orientation binder was the most comprehensive and useful for visiting a new place of any I have ever read among the dozens of rentals I've been at. The king bed was comfortable, climate control good, and the Roku TV easy to use. We used the hot tub one afternoon and it was clean, comfortable, and was an added bonus.

We loved our stay at Blue60 Mari my Inn. The location is exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, bit close to all the fun. There are two grocery stores, and a Starbucks across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient. Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter are within walking distance. Last but not least, Chris was amazing!! He was responsive, and willing to help, and guide us through. Hats off to Chris..

We had an exceptional 2-night stay at Blue60 Marigny Inn in New Orleans. The inn's charming decor and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. They even allowed us to keep our bags on location after checkout for over 8 hours until we went to the airport for our return flight. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant Marigny neighborhood and enjoy the lively atmosphere of New Orleans. Loved staying here. Nice, clean, safe and comfortable. We were able to walk or use public transportation for everything so great location. Grocery store accross the street which was very convenient. Nearby are some great places to eat. Owners were very helpful and knowledgeable.
