While I was taking this picture a deer was going through my camera bag and heading off down the beach with one of my filter holders. A fantastic island for photographers and tourists in general and well worth an overnight visit if you're going to Hiroshima, as it's only an hour away, and free to get to if you're on a JR rail pass.

This area really surprised me. It is remote but is beautiful! The resort is very old and needs a good cleaning. The entrance area had a mouldy smell, but the room were VERY big and clean!! Lots of room and liked the decor. I did like the private onsen, but it was not what I expected. It was more of a tube outside on your deck. I was expecting continuous hot water flow like in the public onsen.

This place caught us by surprise. Located in a very rural area. Transpiration and dining was very limited, so we cut short our stay. The staff was average at best. I would not recommend this place

床は、だいぶ前から傷ついたと思われるところが2カ所ほどあり、養生テープで貼り付けてるだけ。 クローゼットの扉にも穴があいてる。 屋外の露天風呂の床には、苔が生えてるし、避難梯子はエアコンの室外機ですぐに開けられない。 とどめは、木造で一部増築した違反建物。 ホテルの周りも何もなし。

お部屋は広目でリラックスできました。部屋付きの大きなお風呂が快適でした。遅めの時間のチェックインになってしまったので、浴衣は選べたのですが帯が無く、お風呂上がりに汗取りに羽織るだけにして寝るときはホテルのパジャマにしました。パジャマと浴衣両方用意されているのは珍しいと思います。

せっかくの愛犬との旅でしたが。

まずフロント不在でここに電話してくださいってところにかけても出てもらえない。 20分後くらいにやっと人が来てチェックイン。 チェックイン後に1/1～3まで？はチェックイン時に抽選会があるということで それに気付いたのがチェックアウトのときでチェックインの時にしてもらえなかったのですが と言ったら申し訳ございませんの謝罪の言葉はありましたが 抽選会には参加させてもらえず… 1/2なのになぜだろう… 不思議でたまらなかったです。 部屋は床がボロボロで汚かったです。 朝食付きでしたがご飯とお風呂は とても良かったのでなんとも言えません… クチコミでもご飯の褒めた声は多かったのでそういうことか！となりました。

犬連れで２回目の宿泊ですが、部屋も広く屋上のドッグランで走り回って大満足です。玄関には足を洗うシャワーもあり、部屋にはゲージやペットシーツ等も揃ってます。朝食ブュッフェも種類も豊富で良かったです。スタッフの方も親切でテキパキと動かれていて気持ち良く過ごせました。

宮浜温泉オーシャンの別館が安芸宮浜温泉とは知らずに予約をとり食事や大浴場の移動が大変だった。外国の方が一人で受付をされ対応も良かったが帰りにレシート？を頂き名前漢字の間違いがすごくびっくりでした。

スタッフの方が親切

部屋や設備はもちろん、とくにスタッフの方（特に女性のある方）がとても親切で気が付き、気さくな方で良かった。 新館の温泉も、よかったが、こちらの大浴場も小さいながら設備やアメニティは揃っていて、とてもよかった。 新館との渡り廊下で一部雨に濡れたが、フロントの方がさっと傘を持ってきてくれるなど、気配りがとてもよかった。
