"Handy for the station to get into shibua and haneda airport. We stayed just as a base for one night before heading to the airport. There is a steep hill to get up which is a bit tricky with luggage but fine one the way back ! Apartment ok very basic but nice toiletries. We appreciated them accommodating our request for an early bag drop too. They were very communicative and responded"

"The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured."

"I wish I stayed longer at this hotel! So clean and can fit way more people then accepted, fits like 8-10 people although we were three! It was clean, there’s laundry, great amenities!"

"Clean, and spacious for a big group"

"Great building, clean room. Living room only has a table and two chairs. They could has a sofa and a entire another furniture to sit and be more comfortable as that room is large. Key pad didn’t work, was hard to find emergency number as no one answered the main number and took about 45 minute and a few long distance calls to figure out key pad then to get a physical key as instructions are not very clear or they had wrong info sent on what to do to get the key vs using the key pad as it was...

"I just wished they had more cooking supplies and cleaning supplies. I would definitely come back here when I visit Tokyo again"

"Im so glad we booked this place over a hotel in Tokyo! It was so comfortable, inviting, clean and well looked after with excellend amenities. Our family of 5 with 3 young kids absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay here again"

"The property was a very comfortable fit for our family of 5. Lots of ammenities within easy walking distance."

"Fantastic location, everything you need was included. Great set up for a family.. it is one big room where the beds are, so it was great for a family, maybe not for friends or people wanting privacy, but for us, everything was excellent."

"It had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. It was spacious. The kitchen was useful. It was very spacious with a separate sitting and area, large shower/washing area with extra seperate room for the toilet. It was in a fairly quiet neighbourhood even though it's in Tokyo close to many central locations. There were a few minor issues. We had trouble with our door lock. The remote code didn't work and then when they gave us another code it wouldn't lock. It took them several days...

"The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"We had an amazing stay at Ken's. Close to stores, and restaurants. The establishment is new and clean. Looks very modern designed. Comfortable bedding. The check in and out was simple too. The place had a washing machine which also dried! Soo, fancyyy! Amazinggg place!"

"dal punto di vista logistica perfetta per vistare tokyo in una zona molto tranquilla e carina"

"Very early check out time for industry standard, cleaning arrived before checkout time, water was out for a day, odd dank smell in the bathroom, location is far from many things"
