"No tienen aire acondicionado,el staff no es muy amable,el desayuno no tiene variedad y básicamente le roban al turista al cobrarle los impuestos que deberían estar exentos y dicen que si te lo van a devolver pero después no lo hacen. Calor en las habitaciones y cobran absolutamente todo hasta el agua. "

"The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom in particular was spotless and well appointed. Staff were friendly and the hotel felt very secure. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We paid approximately £35 for 2 persons to have breakfast and use of the Executive Lounge, which was excellent value. Breakfast was generous and had a good selection available (including lots of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order). The Executive Lounge offered 2 hours of alcoholic drinks between 5-7 (including wine, beers, gin, rum etc). The snacks provided were substantial (pizza, mini sandwiches etc)."

"The room is updated and nice decorated for the price but the check in process and the service level was not satisfactory. It is not clear at the time of booking that because they are an apart hotel, they only change towels and clean up the room every other day . It should be clearly disclosed at the time of making the reservation specially because they only left one hand towel and two bath towels for a 2 adult reservation. "
