The hotel is well located, overall clean and well decorated. However for us it has lost points in the following : - there was no soap in the bathroom which is a must - there were municipal works in the street until 3.30 am so we didn’t sleep. While this is not the fault of the hotel, the made no effort to make it up to us. - hot water (shower) was not always there and when we asked for an employee rocket, he said it was warm enough for them (the night before it was way warmer) - HVAC system is not user friendly We expected at least a commercial gesture to make up for everything that went badly (like offering the breakfast) but apparently it was too much to ask. Is this hotel worth it? If these issues were resolved in a better way, yes. Not sure if we come back next time. P.S. there is the cutest dog at the lobby that we loved!
